Personally, I never really understood the allure of antique stores or vintage shopping. That’s until I stepped foot into Wright Square Vintage & Retro Mall. With their carefully curated inventory and friendly staff, I was finally able to understand the value of a place like this.
This has quickly become one of my favorite places to visit downtown and I rarely leave empty handed.
Shopping at Wright Square Vintage & Retro Mall
The difference between this and other antique and vintage stores is their carefully curated collection of inventory. Every time I go, something speaks to me! To give you an idea of how well-rounded the inventory is…
For the photographer in me, I found a Magna View slide sorter with hundreds of different slides. The perfect item for display in my office.
For the Savannah travel blogger in me, I found tons of signed books from local authors. The perfect items for our home bookshelves and coffee table.
Even the veteran in me was able to find a great gift or two for some of my Marine buddies.
Most importantly, I’m able to afford most of the things that catch my eye. I recently walked into another antique & vintage store, which I won’t name, and the few things I liked were crazy expensive.
I’m not saying that everything in Wright Square Vintage & Retro Mall is inexpensive, but I at least feel like the value offered is equal to the prices.
Lastly, the people who work here always seem friendly and the store itself is organized in a way that makes browsing fun. It might seem a bit overwhelming at first, but once you start walking around, it’s easy to figure out how everything is organized. The store is separated into several different sections where similar items are lumped together for easy browsing.
Overall, the store has a great balance of curated items, cost and atmosphere. Wright Square Vintage & Retro Mall is highly recommended and is a Savannah Secret Society favorite.
